1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ReferralPartners.io and the AutonomousOS™ platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

ReferralPartners.io provides AutonomousOS™ (AOS), a standalone, locked-down operating system for real estate businesses — infrastructure that automates lead follow-up, qualifies prospects, manages communications, and governs transactions. AOS is delivered as a managed black-box system: clients operate it, our systems engineers maintain it, and its workflows cannot be modified by the end user.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

4. Payment and Subscriptions

Certain features of the service are billed on a subscription basis ("Month-to-Month" or "Prepaid Annual"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Fuel Cell (usage-based) charges are billed separately based on actual consumption of SMS, calls, and emails.

5. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ReferralPartners.io and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ReferralPartners.io, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
