Privacy Policy

    Last updated: October 16, 2026

Referral Partners ("RP," "we," "us") provides AutonomousOS™ ("AOS"), a managed operating system for real estate businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using re.referralpartners.io or the AOS platform, you agree to this policy.

    1. Information we collect

Account information. When you request a demo, start a trial, or subscribe, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, and billing details. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full payment card numbers.

Business data you put into AOS. AOS exists to run your business, so it processes the data you give it: leads, contacts, listings, transaction records, messages, call logs, and appointments. You control this data. We process it only to operate the service for you.

Usage information. We log how the platform is used — messages sent, calls placed, emails delivered, AI interactions — to operate your Usage Wallet billing, monitor system health, and improve reliability.

Communications. If you contact us, we keep the conversation so we can respond and improve support.

    2. How we use information

    • To provide, operate, and maintain AOS and this website.
    • To bill subscriptions and deduct usage from your Usage Wallet.
    • To send transactional messages (receipts, system alerts, appointment reminders).
    • To respond to support requests and demo inquiries.
    • To detect fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
    • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not sell your leads' personal information.

    3. SMS messaging and consent

AOS sends text messages on your behalf as part of the service. If you provide your phone number, you consent to receive transactional and (where you opt in) marketing texts from Referral Partners.

    • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
    • Reply STOP to opt out of marketing texts at any time; reply HELP for help.
    • Consent is not a condition of purchase.
    • When AOS texts your leads and clients, it does so as your agent under your direction. You are responsible for having proper consent from your own contacts, in compliance with the TCPA and applicable regulations.

    4. How we share information

    We share information only with:

    • Service providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, telephony, email delivery, payment processing, analytics). They may use it only for the services they provide to us.
    • Legal and safety — when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
    • Business transfers — if RP is acquired or merged, information may transfer as a business asset.

We do not share your data with data brokers or advertisers.

    5. Data retention

We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as required by law (including tax and financial record obligations). Business data in AOS is retained per your subscription; on cancellation you may request export or deletion subject to legal retention requirements.

    6. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit and at rest and access controls. AOS runs User Mode Locked: its workflows cannot be modified by end users, which protects the integrity of your automations. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

    7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at [email protected].

California residents. Under the CCPA/CPRA you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to delete it, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell or share as defined by the law). You will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise them, contact [email protected].

    8. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies for site functionality, analytics, and remembering preferences. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect site features.

    9. Children's privacy

Our services are for business use and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

    10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be noted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated policy.

    11. Contact
